1. Ämter Compose the Land Assignment Report: Document 2 (27 Feb 1799)
With the new guidance from the Cammer, the Ämter prepared Document 2, on February, 27, 1799, to inform the Cammer that they had reviewed the forestry report, and to report that locally only one Berenbusch resident named Weiland raised objections — which the Ämter dismissed as without merit.
The "main text", the larger text on the page, is the The Land Assignment Report issued by the Ämter Bückeburg und Arensburg (local adminstrative offices of Bückeburg and Arenburg).
2. Cammer’s Reaction to Document 2 (10 Mar 1799)
The marginal note, the darker, somewhat smaller text on the left side, is the Cammer’s opinion of the remitted report, but not a formal reply addressed to Krückeberg. It is an internal instruction, filed with the main document for reference and action. It is a reaction from the higher office (the Kammer), giving administrative directives:

Approving the allocation of the parcel (so Krückeberg’s request is likely approved).

Instructing the local officials to investigate other possibly unauthorized garden expansions in Berenbusch and to report back.

Cam: N: 53. pr: 6. Merz 1799 2 Forst-Sachen An Vormundschaftliche Cammer Bericht der Aemter Bückeburg und Arensburg. Betr. Ausweisung In der Anlage remittiren wir die Vorstellung des Brinksitzers Jobst Henr: Krückeberg N 10 zu Berenbusch mit der Anzeige, daß unter den Einwohnern der Dorfschaften Berenbusch, Nordtholtz und Evesen nur allein der sehr wohl begütherte Köter Weiland et. zu Berenbusch sich als unzufrieden über die vorhabende Ausweisung bezeigt hat, indem er eines Theils selbsten diesen Platz zu überkommen wünscht und andern Theils vorgiebt, daß ihm der Weg zur Einfahrt seiner Früchte zu sehr beengt würde. Wir werden beÿ der Ausmeßung dieses näher beurtheilen und dahin seÿn, daß ihm wegen der Einfahrt keine gegründete Beschwerde übrig bleibt. Vorzüglich veranlaßt ihn die wegzu nehmende Bepflanzung dieses Platzes mit Weiden Bäumen zum geäußerten Wiederspruch [Widerspruch] der also, weil derselbe diesen Platz eigenmächtiger Weise bepflanzt hat, nicht vor der Art ist, daß deshalb der gebethenen Ausweisung nicht zu deferire stehe mögte. Jobst Heinrich’s Stätte no. 10 Berenbusch is a Brinksitzer, which meant it was a small edge-of-village holding. It tells us:

Chamber No. 53 presented March 6, 1799 Forestry Matters Report to the Guardianship Chamber from the Offices of Bückeburg and Arensburg Re: Land Assignment Enclosed we return the petition of the smallholder (Brinksitzer) Jobst Heinrich Krückeberg, No. 10 at Berenbusch, with the notice that among the inhabitants of the villages of Berenbusch, Nordholz, and Evesen, only the well-to-do Köter (tenant smallholder) Weiland, No. 1 at Berenbusch, has expressed dissatisfaction with the planned land assignment—partly because he himself wishes to obtain this plot, and partly because he claims that his access road for bringing in his harvest would thereby become too narrow. During the surveying we will examine this more closely and ensure that he has no legitimate reason for complaint regarding access to his property. His expressed objection arises chiefly from the removal of the willow trees planted on this plot—yet, since he planted these trees there on his own authority, his objection is not of such a nature that the requested land assignment should therefore be denied.
