Kund und um wissen sei hiermit, d[aß] zwischen dem Colon
Krückeberg No 18 zu Berenbusch und dem Schuster Einlieger
Wilhelm Meÿer auf No. 41 in Cammer mit Genehmigung Fürstlicher
Rentkammer dem nachstehende Kaufcontract verhandelt und
abgeschlossen ist

I.

Die Stätte No. 18 zu Berenbusch, welche aus einen Wohnhause,
kleine Hofraume und nebengelegene Garten von etwa eines
Morgens Größe besteht, wird von dem Colonen Krückeberg unter
den bestehenden bauerrechtlichen Verhältnissen für den
Kaufpreis von Fünfhundert funfzig Thaler Courant an den
Schuster Einlieger Wilhelm Meyer verkauft.

II.

Das Wohnhaus wird verkauft mit Allen, was daran und = wand
band = mit = und nagelhaft ist, (Normalisiert: daran und
wandband- und nagelhaft ist,) desgleichen mit den Ofen und den
auf der Boden-Statt Beschusses etwa lose liegenden Dielen und
Pfösten. Das Hofraum und Garten erhält Käufer mit den darauf
lichen Bäumen und den Einfriedigungen

III.

Für die unter I. angegebene Größe des Gartens wird keine
Gewähr geleistet

IV.

Die Lasten der Stätte, welche bestehen in

1,  1 Rthl 1g Dienstgeld pro Jahr
2, 10 g 2 d Rottmis
3,  6 g Mahlschweingeld
4,  1 g Michaelisschatz
5,  1 Rauchhuhn
6,  5 Erntetage
7,  2 mg 2 d Contribution pro Simpla
8,  Landfolgen
9 Gemeinde-, Kirchen- und Schullaste

hat Käufer, so wie sie vom Tage der Stätte-Übernahme an fällig
werden zu tragen, und wenn eine oder die andere Last in
Vorstehendem nicht richtig oder gar nicht angegeben sein
sollte, auch diese zu übernehmen. Imgleichen gehen aber auch
alle der Stätte anklebenden Gerechtigkeiten auf den Käufer
über

V.

Die Übergabe der Stätte erfolgt sofort bei Aushändigung des
Contracts und hat Käufer zu gleicher Zeit den Kaufpreis mit
550 Rthlr in groben Cour[ant] zu berichtigen

VI.

Die Kusten[Kosten] des Kaufcontracts trägt Käufer.

VII.

Beide Theile entsagen allen diesem Contracte etwa
entgegenstehenden Einreden, insonderheit den Einreden des
Betrugs, Irrthums, Zwangs, der anders niedergeschriebenen als
verabredeten Sache, der Verletzung unter oder über die Hälfte
und welchen Samme[Summe] für sonst haben mögen.

Da amtsseitig bei dem Vertrage Etwas nicht zu erinnern ist, so
wird die gerichtliche Beslätigung dazu andurch ertheilt, und
soll derselbe nach geschehener Vollziehung der Fürstl.
Rentkammer zu höhern Bestätigung vorgelegt werden.

Be it hereby made known and for all to know that, between Krückeberg, holder
of hereditary holding No. 18 in Berenbusch, and the shoemaker and lodger
Wilhelm Meÿer of No. 41 in Cammer, with the approval of the Princely Rent
Chamber, the following purchase contract has been negotiated and concluded.

I.

The holding No. 18 in Berenbusch, consisting of a dwelling house, a small
courtyard, and an adjoining garden of approximately one Morgen in size,
is sold by the colonus Krückeberg to the shoemaker and lodger Wilhelm
Meyer, under the existing agrarian (tenurial) conditions, for the purchase
price of five hundred fifty thalers in current money.

II.

The dwelling house is sold together with everything attached to it,
built into the walls, or fixed with mortar or nails, likewise including
the stoves and any floorboards and posts that may be lying loose on the
ground of the building site. The courtyard and garden are transferred
to the buyer together with the trees standing thereon and the enclosures.

III.

No guarantee is given for the size of the garden stated under Article I.

IV.

The burdens attached to the holding, which consist of:

1. 1 thaler 1 groschen annual service money,
2. 10 groschen 2 pfennigs Rottmis,
3. 6 groschen milling fee (Mahlschweingeld),
4. 1 groschen Michaelmas due,
5. 1 smoke-hen,
6. 5 harvest labor days,
7. 2 Mariengroschen 2 pfennigs contribution per assessment unit,
8. customary land obligations,
9. municipal, church, and school dues,

shall be borne by the buyer as they fall due from the day of the takeover
of the holding; and should one or another burden not be correctly stated
above, or not stated at all, the buyer shall likewise assume it. Likewise,
all rights appurtenant to the holding pass to the buyer.

V.

The transfer of the holding takes place immediately upon delivery of
this contract, and at the same time the buyer is to pay the purchase price
of 550 thalers in current coin.

VI.

The costs of this purchase contract are borne by the buyer.

VII.

Both parties waive all objections that might stand in the way of this
contract, in particular objections based on fraud, error, duress, the
fact that the matter was written differently than agreed, injury by
less than or more than one half, and whatever other sums they might
otherwise claim.

Since, from the official side, nothing is found to be objected to in
this contract, judicial confirmation thereof is hereby granted, and,
after execution, the same shall be submitted to the Princely Rent Chamber
for higher confirmation.

Thus done at Bückeburg, 26 September 1850.
