Abschrift Anweisung der Kammer
für den Kammerrentmeister Berger
d. d. Bückeb. d. 21. April 1845

Fürstl. Rentkammer hat lt[laut] Kaufbrief vom 17. April a.c. von
dem Colon Krückeberg Nr. 10 in Berenbusch ein in der s. g.  Söhre
belegenes, 9 Morgen 19 R haltendes Grundstück für die Summe von
858 Rthlr 10 Ggr 2 Pf Cour. angekauft.

K[ammer] Rmstr[Rentmeister] Berger wird angewiesen, obige
Kaufgelder, wovon jedoch ein dem Colon Krückeberg lt.
Oblig[ation]. vom 12. Janr 1842 aus Kammerkasse geleistetes
Darlehn von 200 Rthlr Cour. nebst Zinsen zurückzubehalten ist,
dem Verkäufer gegen Quittung auszuzahlen, in Kammerrechnung
gehörigen Orts zu verausgeben und diese Ausgabe mit dieser
Quittung zu belegen.

The Princely Chamber of Revenues, pursuant to the deed of sale of 17
April of this year, has purchased from Colon Krückeberg No. 10 in
Berenbusch a plot situated in the so-called Söhre, measuring 9 Morgen 19
Ruthen, for the sum of 858 Reichsthaler 10 Gute Groschen 2 Pfennige in
current money at face value.

Chamber treasurer Berger is instructed to pay out the above purchase
funds to the seller against receipt—retaining, however, the loan of 200
Reichsthaler in current money at face value granted to Colon Krückeberg,
pursuant to the promissory note of 12 January 1842, from the chamber
treasury, together with interest—to record the disbursement at the proper
place in the chamber accounts and to support this expenditure with that
receipt.

for 200 thalers (current), dated 12 January 1842, be
returned.

Rmstr.  unter Bezugnahme auf die Anweisung vom 21 pr, zur
Uebergabe an Krückeberg nach statt gefundener Liquidation,
zuzustellen, welche dahin vervollständigt werden, daß das fragl.
Capital der 200 p als zurückgezahlt nebst rückständigen u.
laufenden Zinsen in der Kk. zu vereinnahmen, und dagegen das
vollständige Kaufgeld mit 858 p 10 G 2 Pf in Ausgabe zu stellen

The promissory note is to be annotated with the following
receipt text, stating that Krückeberg has repaid the principal,
together with arrears and current interest, by payment into the
chamber treasury, and that consent is therefore given to
cancellation of the mortgage; then provide it to the chamber
treasurer, with reference to the order of the 21st, for
delivery to Krückeberg after settlement has taken place. This
is to be completed to the effect that the principal in question
of 200 thalers is to be taken into the chamber cash as
repaid, together with arrears and current interest, and, in
return, the full purchase price of 858 thalers 10 groschen 2
pfennigs is to be entered as an expenditure.

The obligation dated 12 January 1842 concerning the 200
Reichsthaler Courant loaned from the Chamber cash to Colonus
Krückeberg No. 10 in Berenbusch is, with receipt, hereby
delivered through Berger, with reference to the instruction of
the 21st of the present month (for delivery to Kruckeberg after
liquidation has taken place); he can attest, since the
set-off has already [been carried out] in the manner shown
alongside.
