Narrative Summary
This document is a report from the Amt Bückeburg to the Princely Rentkammer regarding the sale of Stätte (holding) No. 10 in Berenbusch. The Amt states that, following receipt of the Kammer’s directive of August 23, the purchase contract was formally drawn up and signed by both parties on September 5. The Amt now forwards the completed contract to the Rentkammer for official confirmation. The report also notes that the 12 Mariengroschen stamp fee required in connection with the contract has been collected from Colon Krückeberg and is being submitted along with the deed. The Amt requests formal acknowledgment of the receipt of this payment. A marginal note dated September 20 instructs that the purchase deed is to be confirmed and returned once processed, and that proof of the dues and obligations attached to the property is to be provided.
