An Fürstliche Kammer Bericht der Aemter Bückeburg und Arensburg
betr. Ausweisung


In Ansehung nicht zu befürchtender Einsprüche gegen die vom Soldaten
Gottlieb Brüggemann aus No 1 zu Nordholz gebetene Ausweisung verhält es
sich gerade so, wie wir bereits über die gebetene Ausweisung des
Einliegers Vogt berichtet haben.

An Vermögensmitteln besitzt er 100 rt in Helde, die ihm sein verstorbener
Vater belegirt [belegt] hat und die auf Konsens an den Krüger Rinne No 8
zu Eilsen verliehen sind.

Die befohlene Situations-Zeichnung legen wir so hierher unterthänigst an,
wie auf unser Ersuchen der Grenzjäger Kähler solche angefertigt hat.

Dem Soldaten Brüggemann wäre ein Platz von 1 bis 1 1/2 Morgen neben dem
Colonie-Platze des Einliegers Vogt ebenfalls zur Erbauung einer Colonie
anzuweisen. Die Grenze am Walde ist für beide Colonien nach derjenigen
Richtung zu bestimmen, welche in der Situations Zeichnung angegeben ist.

In wie fern der Wald-Abschnitt A. und B. für diese zwey Colonien
auszuweisen seÿn wird, wird sich bei der Vermessung der Plätze ergeben.

Ein halber Morgen jeder Colonie ist mit 6 mg. P. Quadrat-Rute und der
übrige Grund und Boden ist mit 12 mg. P. Quadrat-Rute zu bezahlen. Da vor
künftigen Herbst kein Bauholz im Baumer Forstrevier mehr angewiesen
werden mag; so hätte das Amt dieses den Neubauern bekannt zu machen, um
sich darnach zu richten.

Report of the Ämter of Bückeburg and Arensburg
concerning an allotment

With regard to the absence of any anticipated objections to the allotment
requested by the soldier Gottlieb Brüggemann of No. 1 in Nordholz, the
matter stands exactly as we have already reported concerning the requested
allotment of the Einlieger Vogt.

In terms of financial means, he possesses 100 Reichstaler in funds, which
his deceased father had assigned to him and which are lent out with official
consent to the innkeeper Rinne, No. 8 in Eilsen.

We herewith most respectfully submit the ordered site plan, as the the
forest boundary ranger (Gränzjäger) Kähler prepared it at our request.

Resolution of the Chamber:

A plot of 1 to 1½ Morgen is likewise to be assigned to the soldier
Brüggemann next to the house site of the Einlieger Vogt so that he may
build a house there.

The boundary along the forest is to be determined for both plots
in the direction indicated in the site drawing.

How much of the forest sections A and B is to be allotted to these two
plots will be determined when the plots are surveyed.

One half-Morgen of each homestead plot is to be paid for at 6
Mariengroschen per square rod, and the remaining land at 12 Mariengroschen
per square rod. Since no building timber may be allocated from the Baumer
forest district before next autumn, the Amt is to inform the new settlers
of this so that they may plan accordingly.
