18 October 1800 – Local Officials' Report
The Ämter Bückeburg and Arensburg submitted a report to the Vormundschaftliche Cammer regarding the proposed allocation of additional land to Jobst Heinrich Krückeberg, tenant holder (Colon) of No. 10 in Berenbusch. The land—two adjoining plots totaling 21 rods, 34 feet—was to enlarge his grounds and garden.
They proposed an annual Rottzins (ground rent) of 2 Mariengroschen, 1 Pfennig, beginning Michaelmas (29 September) 1800, and a purchase price of 2 Reichsthaler, 4 Mariengroschen per rod.
27 October 1800 – Official Reply 1: Approval of Land Assignment
The Cammer replied in its first Official Reply (Rescript; ad nr. D: 322. S.S.), formally approving:

The allocation of the two plots under the same terms set out in the Cammer’s earlier order of 11 March 1799.

The proposed Rottzins of 2 Mariengroschen, 1 Pfennig annually.

The fixed purchase price totaling 14 Reichsthaler, 8 Mariengroschen, 1 Pfennig, payable to the Cammer’s revenue office.
The local officials were instructed to ensure Krückeberg fulfilled all stated conditions.
27 October 1800 – Official Reply 2: Directive to Collect Purchase Price
In a second official reply (Rescript) on the same day, addressed to Cammer Rentmaster Stackmann, the Cammer ordered:

Collection of the purchase price from Krückeberg for the newly assigned plots, calculated at 24 Mariengroschen per rod (total 14 Reichsthaler, 8 Mariengroschen, 1 Pfennig).

Entry of the amount under the proper heading in the Cammer accounts.

Use of the Official Reply (Rescript) itself as the official accounting justification.
The marginal note Exp: per Bolte records that the order was dispatched by the official Bolte.
Significance
These two Offical Replies (Rescripts) represent the final administrative stage of the case: . Rescript 1 – the Cammer’s formal approval of the land assignment. . Rescript 2 – the instruction to collect and record payment.
With these actions, the land enlargement for Krückeberg moved from proposal to final execution.

M. in Ansehung der dem Colon Krückeberg Nr: 10 zu Berenbusch, behufs zur Vergrößerung seines Hofraums und Gartens zu respective 19 Ruten 44 Fuß decimal und 1 Rute 90 Fußa aus- gewiesenen Plätze, und des davon zu Michaelis dieses Jahrs zum erstenmal und künftig jährlich mit 2 Mg. 1 d. zu entrichtenden Rottzinses, hiedurch ohnverhalten: daß Wir die Ausweisung dieser Plätze unter den Euch durch Unser Rescript vom 11. Merz 1799 eröffneten Bedingungen, sowie auch jenen Ansatz des Rottzinses genehmiget haben. Regarding the same matter as No. D: 322 Draft: Cammer directive To the officials in Bückeburg Very Gracious Lords, In reply to your report of the 18th of this month regarding the land assigned to Colon(ist) Krückeberg, No. 10 in Berenbusch, for the enlargement of his dwelling's yard area and garden — namely, a plot of 19 rods 44 feet and another of 1 rod 90 feet — and noting that, beginning at Michaelmas (29 September) of this year, and thereafter annually, a ground rent of 2 Mariengroschen and 1 Pfennig is to be paid: We hereby, without reservation, confirm that We have approved the allocation of these plots under the conditions communicated to you in Our official reply (Rescript) of 11 March 1799, as well as the proposed amount of ground rent. You are to ensure that Colon Krückeberg fulfills the conditions already made known to him. Concept Cammer: Anweisung an den Cammerrentmeister Stackmann Exp: per Bolte Der Cammerrentmeister Stackmann wird hiemit angewiesen, von dem Colon Krückeberg Nr: 10, zu Schirneichen für die demselben zur Vergrößerung seines Gartens u. Hofraums ausgewiesene Plätze, welche zusam̅en 21 Ruten 34 Fuß Dec: betragen, das Kaufgeld per Rute mit 24 mgl. u also vierzehn Rthlr 8 mgl. 1 d. zu erheben, in der Cammerrechnung gehöriges Orts zu vereinnahmen, und solche mit dieser Anweisung zu rechtfertigen. These plots together measure 21 rods and 34 feet (decimal). The purchase price is to be calculated at 24 Mariengroschen per rod, amounting to a total of 14 Reichsthaler, 8 Mariengroschen, and 1 Pfennig. He lived in Berenbusch not "Stirneichen", which does not correspond to any known village (Ort) in the region per Meyers Orts- und Verkehrslexikon (1912). It may represent a misrecorded place name or possibly a Flurname (traditional field name) used locally in the late 18th–early 19th century. Its exact reference remains uncertain. |
