M. Von diesem Berichte, dem folgenden Kammer rescripte und den betr.
Kaufbriefen sind Abschriften zur Formirung von Stätteacten (No 13 & 14
in Nordholz) sub Nber Bauergüter & Colonien im Amte Bückeburg genommen.

Ueber die in den vorangezogenen Kammeral-Nummern für Krückeberg No
10 zu Berenbusch und für die beiden Neubauer Anton Otto Voigt und Gottlieb
Brüggemann No 13 & 14 zu Nordholz verordneten und von uns mit Beysein des
Revierforstbedienten am 9t Mertz d: J. vollzogenen Ausweisungen,
überreichen wir anbeÿ die planimetrische Zeichnung, und wird, da dem
Neubauer Brüggemann Sub No. C. 101 der zu bezahlende Rutenpreiß à 1/2 Mg.
auf 6 gl. 5 p: Ruthe, und auf 12g p Ruthe das übrige Grund und Boden
bestimmt ist, hiernach zu bezahlen haben.

Die Prästanden sind nach Ablauf 3. Freier Jahre zu entrichten, also
spätestens zu Michaeli 1822.

To the Princely Chamber
Report of the Offices of Bückeburg and Arensburg
concerning
land assignment

From this report, from the following chamber rescript, and from the related
purchase deeds, copies have been taken for the formation of settlement
files (Nos. 13 and 14 in Nordholz) under the series Bauergüter & Colonien
in the Office of Bückeburg.

Concerning the land assignments ordered in the previously cited chamber
numbers for Krückeberg No. 10 in Berenbusch and for the two new settlers
Anton Otto Voigt and Gottlieb Brüggemann Nos. 13 and 14 in Nordholz, and
carried out by us on the 9th of March of this year in the presence of the
district forest official, we herewith submit the planimetric drawing. And
since for the new settler Brüggemann, under No. C. 101, the purchase price
to be paid per ruthe has been fixed at the rate of ½ Morgen at 6 groschen 5
pfennig per ruthe, and at 12 groschen per ruthe for the remaining land and
soil, payment is to be made accordingly.

The dues are to be paid after the expiration of three free years, therefore
at the latest by Michaelmas 1822.
